The message is impossible to ignore. In the middle of the media streams that are cultivating hopelessness, despair, anger, and lust comes a message of hope and encouragement. And, by providing a response portal on the Internet, you can meet those touched by Christ in these spots in their moment of need.

Prodigals, pre-Christians, and struggling Christians who are fighting lonely and losing battles are being constantly reminded that God is waiting to embrace them, heal their wounds and answer their questions.

Groundwire was initially launched as an outreach program of Champion Ministries, est. 1995, and has quickly become the face of the ministry. The radio spots, which began airplay in August 2003, were an effort to keep Christ in the culture. From the beginning on 2 secular stations in Denver, CO and Spokane, WA, this creative and effective tool to share the Love, Word, and purpose of Christ has grown and is currently heard on over 1200 stations (both secular and Christian) to over 12,000,000 weekly. In addition, 100 volunteers offer live coaching 14-18 hours a day at www.groundwire.net, which is averaging over 30,000 visits and 2.8 million hits a month.
